If you are still experiencing an issue, please follow these steps:
Check for Notifications
- Look for any notifications or messages in the student portal that might indicate what is preventing you from progressing. There might be specific instructions or additional steps you need to complete.
Contact Student Data Team
- If you are still unable to progress after trying the above steps, please contact the Student Data team for further assistance. They will be able to provide you with the necessary support and ensure that your Attendance Confirmation is updated in the system.
- Send an email to student-registration@ncl.ac.uk with the subject line "Attendance Confirmation Issue".
- In the email, provide your full name, student ID, and a detailed description of the issue you are facing.
