If your School requests ‘Further Information Required’ in relation to a PEC you have raised, you will:
1. Receive an email requesting Further Information and the information your School requires.
2. Your PEC will now show as ‘Further Information Required’ on the Student Portal.
You can view the notes from the School, by clicking ‘View’ (this is the same note displayed on the further information email).
To submit the further information, access the PEC record ‘Further Information Required’ by clicking ‘View’.
Progress to the evidence page, to add the relevant evidence and click ‘Submit’. Once submitted, the PEC record status will be updated to ‘PEC Updated’.
Your School will review and come back to you.
